A brief update as we're not spending so much time in port these days, and therefore dont have too much access to internet. Ive forgotten the camera so no fotos this time but lots to follow soon. We're currently sitting a bar in San Antonio with James enjoying a Long Island Iced Tea.
We'll do a proper update when we've got the photos with us but in brief..........
We left Mar Menor and spent a couple of nights in Torrevieja enjoying the San Juan celebrations. From there we headed to Santa Pola just south of Alicante and spent three nights there because we enjoyed the atmosphere of the busy Yacht Club and preparing Endorfin for life at anchor in the Balearic Islands. From Santa Pola we sailed overnight to the Island of Formentara and dropped the hook in a cove (cala) that was like something from a travel brochure, crystal clear turqoise water and a fantastic beach. Its great being able to dive down and check the anchor amongst the fish. Photos to follow.
From Formentara we sailed north to Cala Bassa on the west coast of Ibiza, waiting for our pre-booked berth in San Antonio. And thats where you find us now, nestled in amongst the big discos and foam partys (in which we're not partaking) after James' arrival in the early hours of last night. We're casting off tomorrow to spend four or five days at anchor exploring the beautiful calas but not before visiting the famous Cafe Del Mar and a meal on a chilled terrace this evening.......... WATCH THIS SPACE!
Una actualización muy corta porque no estamos en puerto mucho estos días, y no tenemos mucho acceso a internet. Dwight olvidó la cámara así que no hay fotos esta vez pero vamos a poner muchas pronto. Ahora, estamos en un bar en San Antonio con James (amigo de Dwigt) disfrutando un 'Long Island Iced Tea'(cocktail).
Vamos a hacer un actualización cuando tengamos las fotos, pero por ahora sólo un poco de información......
Salimos del Mar Menor para ir dos noches a Torreviaje para disfrutar de las fiestas de San Juan. Despues partimos hacia Santa Pola, que está en el sur de Alicante y disfrutamos tres noches allí en el Club Náutico y preparamos Endorfin para la vida fondeando en las Islas Balearas. Desde Santa Pola navegamos por la noche a la Isla de Formentera y paramos en una cala de revista de viajes, agua cristalina y una playa fantástica! Es increíble que podíamos bucear obsevando la vida marina y comprobar que el ancla estaba bien.
Desde Formentera fuimos hacia el norte a Cala Bassa en la costa Oeste de Ibiza, esperando para nuestro amarre reservado en San Antonio ( la zona de marcha y macrodiscotecas). Y es donde estamos ahora, con macrodiscotecas alrededor y fiesta de la espuma (pero por supuesto no vamos!). James llegó anoche de madrugada. Vamos a salir mañana cuatro o cinco días con ancla en las calas preciosas de Ibiza, pero primero visitaremos el famoso bar 'Cafe Del Mar' y vamos a cenar en una terraza relejada con musica en directo ( flamenco fusion)...... MIRAR ESTE ESPACIO.

Teneis una pinta fantástica, solo con miraros me muero de envidia. Me alegro un montón de veros tan guapos y tan felices.
Por aquí todo igual, sin ninguna novedad, los días de sol nos han abandonado y no tenemos muchas oportunidades de ir a la playa, pero en fin, aqui ya se sabe, que ya estamos acostumbrados.
